People send us a photo before an interview, a first date, a casting call — and they want to know what it actually says about them. You tell them. Directly, respectfully, usefully. That work is paid.
No CV. No interview. No manager handing you a shift. You take the orders you want, when you want them, in the languages you already speak.
You need to be 18 or older and hold a PayPal account in your own name. New accounts are checked by a person before they go live — usually within 24 hours.
You see exactly what an order pays before you accept it. That number is locked when the order is created and never moves afterwards — not when our prices change, not after you deliver.
There is no shift, no quota to keep your account alive, no penalty for a quiet week. You open the list, take what fits, and close the tab.
Clients see the display name and photo you choose. Your legal name and payout details exist only in the contract and payout records — they never appear on a public profile.
The platform runs in five languages and every order carries the language it was written for. Fluency you already have turns into work you can take.
A private review is written feedback for one client, and its whole reviewer budget is yours. A public poll pays every reviewer whose vote counts toward the result — that budget is shared across 10 voters.
No CV, no interview, no cover letter. You sign up, fill in your profile — photo, date of birth, country, languages, a short bio, your interests — and a team member approves the account, usually within 24 hours.
This is contract work, not a job with a probation period. The standards are the contract, and the contract is short.
You say what you actually see, in good faith, even when it is not what the client hoped to hear. Vague praise is not a review.
A review has to be your own human judgement. AI-generated, bot-assisted or ghost-written work breaches the agreement and ends the account.
A claimed private review is due within 24 hours. Miss it and the order is cancelled for the client and your account is frozen for inactivity — support can reactivate it, but it does not happen automatically.
You comment on styling, framing, grooming and self-presentation — never on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, medical condition, body weight or any other protected characteristic.
No downloading, screenshotting, reposting, and no contacting clients elsewhere. Their photos remain theirs, and that duty outlives the contract.
Your display photo and name must genuinely be you, and your PayPal account must be in your own legal name. Payouts are declined when the names do not match.
Every private review passes moderation before it reaches the client. Work that breaks the rules above is rejected, and rejected work is not paid.
You do not set the price — the client does, when they place the order. What reaches you is that price minus the payment processor’s fees and our 5% platform fee, calculated and locked at the moment the order is created.
What we will not promise is a queue of orders. Volume follows demand, your languages and your profile, and in a given week it can be many, few or none. What we do promise is on this page, as a number.
You work as an independent contractor. We withhold nothing; declaring and paying tax where you live is yours to handle.
Signing up takes a few minutes: an email, the display name clients will see, your legal name for the contract, and the PayPal address we pay you at. Then you complete your profile and a team member approves it, usually within 24 hours.
